Terms & Conditions:

I. Membership

1. All users must provide accurate information upon registration with GamesGifts including, but not limited to, a valid email address and accurate shipping information.

2. All users must be at least 18 years old, and must abide by all local, state and federal laws with respect to their participation in GamesGifts.

3. One account is allowed per household, and all users must sign up from a unique IP and shipping address.

4. All users are responsible for their own accounts, and should not share sensitive account information with others. GamesGifts is not responsible for any misuse resulting from abuse of account information. Further, all members waive claims to damages, direct or indirect, punitive or otherwise arising as a result of use of GamesGifts.com.

5. GamesGifts reserves the right to cancel and disqualify any account at any time, at our sole discretion. Sources of disqualification include, but are not limited to, multiple accounts, fraudulent referrals, abuse of gaming site offers or excessive unsolicited referral posting ("spam").

6. GamesGifts is not responsible for contacting a user regarding cancellation of an account. If an account is disqualified, all referrals will be forfeit and the user is not permitted to register a new account.

7. Any unauthorized use of GamesGifts.com is illegal, and will be met with punishment to the full extent of the law. Further, any use of techniques to disguise a users IP address is forbidden.

II. Offers (Gaming Sites)

1. All users are required to complete one offer credit at GamesGifts, and may refer friends and/or complete multiple offers in order to earn "points". For additional completions, users can earn one full point for each verified full credit completion.

2. Users will only receive credit for offer submissions when the gaming site has verified completion of the terms of the offer as stated on GamesGifts. While GamesGifts will work to verify offers as soon as possible, we are not responsible for the amount of time required to verify a completed offer.

3. GamesGifts reserves the right to determine any allocation of credits. Whether a user receives credit depends primarily, but not exclusively, on the discretion of the gaming site providing the offer. We are not responsible for denial of credit due to inaccurate and/or inadequate information.

4. All users complete offers at their own risk. GamesGifts is not responsible for contracts between the user and gaming site offer providers, or the products and services of those providers.

III. Rewards (Gifts)

1. In order to receive a free gift, all users must complete at least one offer credit and earn at least one point.

2. Users earn one referral for each user they refer, using their unique tracking code, who completes their offer requirements, and can also earn one "bonus point" for every additional full offer credit you complete. GamesGifts reserves the right to screen all referrals for fraud and to determine, at our sole discretion, which referrals are fraudulent without disclosing the reasoning behind such decisions.

3. GamesGifts reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts suspected of fraud, and does not guarantee the receipt of gifts, regardless of referrals earned.

4. Users are fully responsible for claiming their gifts as taxable income and paying any applicable state and federal taxes, depending on the value of the gift.

5. GamesGifts.com will ship all verified orders to the address provider by the user, and is not responsible for any failure of delivery due to, but not limited to, loss, mishandling, theft or incorrect information.

6. All orders are final, and GamesGifts does not guarantee any products a user receives. If a product is defective, the user should refer to the warranty information included with the product.
