| Q. How does GamesGifts work? |
A. Receiving your free gift is simple, and now it's even easier to earn points toward your gift: all you have to do is complete your offer requirements, and then you can begin earning points by referring friends to do the same and/or completing additional credits on your own. You earn 1 point for each friend you refer who completes their offer requirements, and you also earn 1 point for each additional verified full credit after your first. Remember we take measures to ensure fairness, so make sure you follow the guidelines so that your referrals and signups are genuine. |

A. Yes, as stated in our privacy policy we will never give out your contact information. We will only use this information to contact you about your account and to fulfill your orders. Please note that the game sites have their own policies to protect the privacy of players. |

A. Yes, GamesGifts has partnerships with online game sites which allows us to give out free gifts. We pass on the benefits to our site users so we everyone benefits from the program. Users must follow the guidelines, and your referrals must be legitimate -- see the Terms & Conditions and contact us for more details. |
| Q. Can I complete multiple offers/signups and place multiple orders? |
A. Yes, you can do multiple offers on the site. Completing one full credit in offers is required to participate in the site, and we credit 1 bonus point for each additional verified site you complete. Also, you can place multiple orders -- just contact us via support/email for all orders after your first. |
| Q. Can I use a public computer to sign up? |
A. No, We do not recommend it, since if you join with a computer that others may join from it is possible that your account will be disqualified due to duplicate accounts. Please understand that this is one way we check for duplicate accounts and cannot afford to make exceptions for multiple accounts created from the same computer or computers sharing the same internet connection/proxy server. |
| Q. How do I get referrals and when are they credited? |
A. Use your referral code to refer friends and check out our Referral Tools section to help with this. You are credited with a referral once your referrals have signed up using your link and completed an offer. |
| Q. Can I or my friend(s) join if they are outside the US? |
A. Yes, all legitimate users are welcome. However, users outside of the United States are limited to PayPal rewards. |

A. As stated in the Terms & Conditions, only one account per household is allowed. |

Offer credits usually come in within 10 minutes! To see how long your offer will take to credit please review the offer description! |

A. Once you've completed all the requirements, you account will be checked and all referrals validated. If your account passes the verification process will will begin processing your order. |

A. After we have verified your requirements, we will verify your completions and place an order for the gift -- your order will be shipped on the following Monday! |
